  One of the greatest compliments a patient can give is to refer their friends or family to us.  Our SMILE CARD is one way we can say “Thanks!” for the referral.  When you refer someone using our SMILE CARD (available in our office) they will receive $50 off their FIRST visit and we will send you a gift certificate for $50 off your NEXT visit too!
