    Make a Date With Us!

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and if you’re planning a romantic date, you want to make a good impression.

Before your BIG date on Valentine’s Day, make a date with us!

Here are a few extra tips to help make your special date picture perfect.

    Eliminate Bad Breath

One of the best tips we can give you is to eliminate bad breath.  It can be caused by poor dental hygiene, food, cavities, alcohol, smoking, or other health problems.  With bacteria being one of the biggest culprits of bad breath, brushing and flossing regularly are especially important.  Other ways to stay fresh are using mouthwashes or chewing sugarless gum.  Both can freshen your breath and get saliva flowing – especially after you eat foods with a strong scent.

    Whiten Your Teeth

Yellow or stained teeth might leave you feeling far from confident on your big date.  If you are looking for a brighter smile for Valentine’s Day, talk with your dentist about your whitening options.  Whether it is in-office whitening, or custom trays you take home, we have a solution for you.

    Fix Your Cavities

If you have tooth decay or are experiencing pain, don’t wait to get it resolved.  Not only could it put a damper on your special day, bacteria can spread through kissing or something as simple as sharing a fork.

    Watch What You Eat

Some foods and drinks, such as red wine, can stain your teeth and leave them discolored.  Additionally, eating spicy or strong-smelling foods can leave you with bad breath.
