Q: What are your office hours?
A: We are currently working a modified schedule. Our office hours are 7:00 am – 12:00 pm Monday – Friday and
7:00 am-11:00 am Saturday.
Q: How can I make a payment?
A: If you are on an automatic payment schedule, there have been no changes to your payments. We accept payments in person (cash/check/credit/debit) or over the phone (debit/credit) during our modified business hours. We also accept payments through the regular postal service.
Q: Do you follow any safety guidelines?
A: At Favero Family Dental, we have always taken great pride in patient safety and infection control. During this time, we are continuing those efforts to ensure a safe environment for our patients and staff. This includes proper sterilization following the CDC guidelines and the use of PPE.
Q: Do you practice social distancing recommendations?
A. Yes. We are following the suggested recommendations for social distancing. We have modified our appointment schedules to avoid overlapping appointments. We have adjusted seating in our lobby and overflow area to ensure proper distancing. We have also removed all commonly shared items such as crayons,coloring books and magazines.
